I love these, I have been looking for a pattern for them for a long time. we had a patient at the nursing home I worked at that made them but they weren't crocheted, knitted or loomed. I think she just folded them and sewen in the middle.....

I am thinking the smaller one can also be used on gifts for/instead of a bow.
